Wendy Berman Jensen has been actively involved in legal recruiting since 1987. Ms. Jensen previously served as the Attorney Recruiting Coordinator for Dickstein, Shapiro and Morin and as the Director of Recruitment for Patton, Boggs and Blow. She served as a member of the National Association of Law Placement and the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association. Since becoming a legal recruiter, Wendy has placed associates, partners and groups. Ms. Jensen attended Tulane University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.

Colin Parker Beebe has been actively involved in legal recruiting since 1989. He has placed hundreds of attorneys including associates, partners and groups as well as general counsels and corporate counsels. He has opened offices for two national law firms. Colin has advised attorneys in almost every practice of law including healthcare, corporate, technology, commercial litigation, white collar, telecommunications, financial services, patent & trademark, export controls, FCPA, food and drug and more.  He has also helped dozens attorneys rejoin private practice after serving in the federal government.

Frank Lewis Bate has over twenty years of experience in business management with an emphasis in personnel, training and recruiting. Since joining the company in 2001, he has focused his attention on matching the personal and professional needs of lawyers with those of law firms and corporations. He has placed partners and associates in DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia law firms and in house. Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the George Washington University in 1981. He has lived in the Washington, DC metro area for twenty-five years and has many contacts in the local legal community.

Paul T. Furlong joined the company in June of 2005 and has dedicated himself during that time to learning the legal market both here in DC and nationally.   Paul has guided numerous Associates, Counsels, Partners and Groups throughout the lateral process in DC, California, New York and Seattle both at firms and in-house.  He has worked with lawyers in all practice areas including Intellectual Property, White Collar/Internal Investigations, International Trade, Litigation and Corporate. Paul has also worked closely with Managing Partners and other Executive Committee members of firms, from elite AmLaw 100 firms to smaller regional boutiques, in targeted searches to help these top firm managers grow their DC office.  Prior to joining the company, Paul was an advertising representative for the Chicago Tribune. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from DePaul University in 2002.

Mary E. Howie has over twenty years of experience in the professional services industry. She was with Arter & Hadden, a Cleveland based national law firm for nine years and, most recently, the Vice President and CFO for an international corporate investigative firm. She joined the company in March of 2011. The transition to recruiting came naturally and in her short tenure has made both associate and partner placements. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.

Kym Park joined the company in February 2013 and has successfully supported numerous attorneys with their career aspirations.  Prior to her legal recruiting career, Kym had over a decade of experience in the Washington, DC area working with not-for-profit organizations, and over fifteen years of volunteer experience in personal performance coaching.  Kym received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz with honors.

Lucy Eldridge joined Berman & Beebe in 2017 after a career in public service, advocacy, and problem-solving. She served as a Trial Attorney with the US Department of Justice, which she joined through the Attorney General's Honors Program, and as Associate General Counsel for the Greater New York Hospital Association. She has held significant volunteer posts in her community, including as an elected member of DC's Advisory Neighborhood Commission and as Chair of the Board of the Washington School of Psychiatry. Lucy’s understanding of the legal landscape and ability to connect with people enable her to counsel and support attorneys through successful transitions. She has placed high-level government lawyers, lateral partners, counsels, and associates. Lucy received her JD from Fordham University and her BA from Hamilton College.
